max-width: 100%; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 宋体; box-sizing: border-box !important;">因为他们并不了解你所起草部分的所有材料及其理由,提意见时往往会凭感觉,有时可能对上面的要求也提出修改意见。至于修改不修改,到时候还可以再讨论。这时如果你一解释,就会造成后面的人紧张,怕出差错而不敢再提意见了,这就会影响到会议宽松的气氛。有一次讨论稿子时,有位领导刚提出修改意见,有一位起草人员就来解释;再提出修改意见,他又来解释。这位领导沉着脸说:你还让不让我说话?!一下子气氛就僵了。这就是这位起草人员不懂规矩。</span></span></p><p style="outline: 0px;
