《“笔杆子”碎语》前言
写这本小册子，基本上是临时动议、仓促成稿的。 我退休后，有朋友对我说：“你搞了一辈子文字工作，结合你的实践，写本公文写作方面的书吧。” 是啊，搞了一辈子文字工作，是应该写点什么，但我不想写教材，也不想写常识读本，因为这方面的书太多了，我没必要去凑那个热闹，也没那个水平，我倒想写写我的所经所历，所感所悟，所爱所好。这有点自传加感悟性质。我觉得，给人以思想的启迪，往往比提示一两招写作技巧重要。这也是“笔杆子”们首先练好内功的需要。 我这辈子搞文字工作，经历十分丰富，苦辣酸甜都有，別趣也很多，对世情、社情，以及写作本身，都有很深的感触。但写什么呢?怎么写?我经过思考，认为搞文字工作虽然是一个十分辛苦的工作，但苦中有悟、有乐、有趣。为此，我把文章分为四部分：笔中苦、笔中悟、笔中乐、笔中趣。这就是我的写作初衷，其实也是我有血有肉的自传。我不是名人，不能写传，这权当我的“传”吧，也给后人留下点什么。 本书写作过程中，大部分文章已在我的博客里发表，以听取各方面的反响及有关修改意见。广大网友、亲友，都给予了我充分的肯定与大力的支持，使我深受感动，并成为我著书立说的强大动力。我边写边觉得背后有一群人在看着我、期待着我。有些网友、亲友不仅通读了所有文章，而且乃至对遣词造句、标点符号等，都提出了修改意见。在这里，我特别提出感谢的有：王妙川、崔玉波、贾太宏、曹有刚、吴运建、于晓飞、刘德荣、王丽燕、刘丽、乔海平、孙福振、乔海燕等。同时，更感谢老秘网及老秘网的同仁们对我的关心和支持，如夜猫子、雪儿、朱老师、扎拉图斯特拉、南京秘书一、龙之吻、老油子的哥、小三秘等。我的这本书成书，有自己的辛劳和汗水，同时也是和大家的帮助分不开的。 但愿我的这本书，能给大家留下点思考和帮助。 王一端2013年6月10日于北京
